EXCEPTIONAL customer service

Our son wanted one of the signs they offer for his Birthday. We received the first and it was bent during transit. The customer service was phenomenal! They replied within 12 hours of my email (we are in the United States) and resolved the issues. They sent out a replacement within 48 hours and took extra precautions when shipping the new sign. They used a different carrier, as well as put an extra sticker on the box to explain it was fragile. Highly impressed with their customer service and correcting an issue in a timely manner.

Amazing company and ever better customer service

Displate is a great company. Not only are their posters lovely and good quality, their customer service is impeccable. They go above and beyond to help you if you have any issues. Also the shipping times are fantastic considering it's coming from Europe. I will definitely be buying more from them in the future. I always buy posters for friends as gifts and recommend them to anyone looking for good metal posters.

Awesome Customer service

I ordered a Star Wars displate as a birthday gift. The first one arrived damaged. I contacted support and they were very helpful. They ordered a new one right away for me as a replacement and paid for the duty on the replacement as well. I highly recommend Displate!

Shipping issue fixed!!

I ordered an item and the item wasn’t correctly packaged which caused some minor damage to the item durning shipping. I contacted customer service and they replied expeditiously, with no hassle or difficulty and no extra communication necessary. I’ve been a member for a little while and have ordered many posters, this was the first time I had an issue with an item and it was handled extremely fast. The posters are of great quality and the customer service is outstanding, you can’t fail with this company!!! Thank you Displate!!

Customer service was excellent

Customer service was excellent, I got a damaged displate which was probably not their fault but still helped me to order a replacement at no cost. Amazing service, I highly recommend buying your posters here.

Displate is amazing.

Products are as described, fully. The speed of delivery is also very quick considering Displate’s origin. The customization of products is also a giant plus one as they give you options for gloss or regular, frames or no frames, and sizes!

Impressive customer care

Impressive customer care. I could not be more impressed with my recent experience with Displate support. I had reported a discrepency with one of their poster designs (Fallout theme) that I was intending to buy, & was told that the team would look into the issue. I honestly thought that would be the end of the discussion. A week or so later, I surprisingly received notice that the issue had been fixed. Wow. Will be adding this poster along with a few others to my next order.

I love the art work

I love the art work, it's really good, but the price is too expensive. I understand why it's 49$ for the poster I'm fine with that but it's the shipping I need to pay around 17$ for the displate shipping than the DHL shipping which is 33$. So the shipping is too expensive but everything else is fine

We completely understand your dissatisfaction regarding the shipping cost. However, please note that every delivery is handled by a third-party shipping company, which establishes the fee based on several factors, such as the package's weight or destination.

As for the additional fee you mentioned, Displates are produced and shipped from the EU. Therefore, for countries like Canada, a customs fee may apply, about which we inform our customers in the cart.

Fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience!

I placed my order on a Wednesday, and had the package in hand the following Tuesday, so delivery was quick as can be!

There was a small issue with one of my Displates being dinked in transit, but that's okay, because a single mail to support solved the issue, in one day, no less!

Prints are of excellent quality, very gorgeous to look at, and I dare say they'll freshen up any lifeless room. Installation very simple and easy aswell! Overall very good experience.

Overall Good experience. Will order more.

This is my second order, the first one I got I had 0 issues with. The second one of my Displates came with a dent. Had the issue sorted out very quickly and sent me a replacement pretty quickly. Overall my experience with Displate has been great overall. Good quality sturdy posters with some cool designs.

Displates customer service is awesome…

Displates customer service is awesome and easy to reach by mail. The admistrative issue I had because of my weird address got resolved perfectly by Arkadiusz. He was very friendly, quick and effective, couldn't ask for more!

Friendly and fast customer service

I've purchased from Displate a few times and only had one issue with a piece being damaged in transit. Emailing their support was easy and they responded quickly and were able to resolve with a replacement very quickly with no hassle on my end!

Had a problem with some of the magnets

Had a problem with some of the magnets, and contacted customer care and they have been amazing in helping me solve the issue and am awaiting the replacements to fic the problem, prompt curteous reply and dealt with very efficiently. thank you.

i love it

I have never had a bad experience with their support the quality of the "Displate" are top-notch I have bought five (all at the same time) and they all look perfect

I would recommend to anybody who likes to swap their art regularly for how easy they are to swap and store
even if you don't swap them out regularly they are easy to clean for example to keep clean of dust or if you somehow we're to get liquid on them it's as easy as wiping them with a cloth

The posters are very nice and came as…

The posters are very nice and came as anticipated. The issue is they fall—all of them. I purchased five posters, and every one of them was lost. The problem is they are so heavy when they fall, they cause extensive damage to the baseboards. The magnets have a cheap, sticky backing that lasts weeks. I now have four distinct spots where the baseboards are damaged. I purchased nine more magnets, but am realizing I need to just give up and move on. Do not recommend.

We advise using it only on a clean, dry, and degreased surface that is smooth and even. The type and quality of the surface determines if our mounting system will work, therefore, it is vital not to place them on any surface which is textured or uneven.

Great posters and customer service

The posters look and feel very nice! There was an issue with Fedex losing my entire order, and Displate customer service was 10/10 helpful in replacing everything and keeping me updated through the whole process. Would definitely order again in the future, very happy with my purchase! Thanks guys!

Quick and high-quality customer service

Customer service was extremely helpful and straight to the point. I had an issue where I didn’t receive email confirmation for my order and it left me worried about my displate’s status.
