EXCEPTIONAL customer service
Our son wanted one of the signs they offer for his Birthday. We received the first and it was bent during transit. The customer service was phenomenal! They replied within 12 hours of my email (we are in the United States) and resolved the issues. They sent out a replacement within 48 hours and took extra precautions when shipping the new sign. They used a different carrier, as well as put an extra sticker on the box to explain it was fragile. Highly impressed with their customer service and correcting an issue in a timely manner.
